At Western Horizons we care about the amount of trash produced by our company. Please expect items to come in re-used packaging, previously used and loved boxes - We feel that keeping as much out of the landfill is important and helps keep costs down.
***Shipping Charges
- There is a $6.00 flat ground shipping charge for orders under $75 and FREE ground shipping for orders $75.00 and over in United States Contiguous States Only (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
- Shipping is calculated off of your discounted subtotal. This is after all discounts and coupon codes have been applied. Tax is calculated after your subtotal.
- International Shipping: We are not currently shipping internationally.
- All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) ground service or priority (chosen at our desecration).
- Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email provided.You will be able to track your package at www.usps.com.
- Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. (Not Counting the Day You Placed Your Order and Excluding Holidays)
Orders placed on Friday and over the weekends will be shipped on the following business day.
- Orders DO NOT ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
- Most purchases will arrive within 5-9 business days standard ground shipping.
- Please refer to your tracking information provided. If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, but the package is not at your residence contact your local post office.
If you live in an apartment complex or building, please check with the office.
- Once An Item Is Received and Scanned in by the USPS, Western Horizons Trading Company is No Longer Liable for that package if it is Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced. If you feel you package has been one of the above, please fill out a claim with the USPS shipping agency.
- If a package is delayed due to weather related issues, we are not held responsible. This is an act of nature and can not be predicted or prevented.
- If you receive your order and it is incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of your delivery (based on the USPS delivery). Please advise us of what was incorrect with the order, what you actually ordered, your email address and order number of purchase. We will make every effort to correct the issue. - If any items are missing from your order, first please check to see if you have received an email from us indicating the item(s) were out of stock or another reason item(s) were unable to be shipped.
